ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 40th Annual General Meeting will be held at the Association’s premises on 10th July 2024 (Wednesday) at 6.00pm sharp for the election of Office-Bearers for the period of 2024/2025.

For the purpose of electing Office-Bearers by secret ballot, a ballot paper together with a list of members and a stamped envelope will be sent to you. You are therefore requested only to insert the number of our members whom you wish to vote for in the spaces provided in the Ballot Paper and return it in the enclosed stamped envelope to reach the Association no later than 5th July 2024 (Friday). Please indicate your interest if you would like to attend the AGM in person, at our SETA office, via email to the Secretariat. Your attendance will be much appreciated.

AGENDA

	1.	To elect a President for Annual General Meeting.
	2.	To appoint three scrutineers to conduct the secret ballot.
	3.	Any Other Business.

迳启者:兹订二零二四年七月十日(星期三)晚上六时正在本会会议厅召集第二十三届会员常年大会,选举2024/2025年度职员.兹附上选举票, 信封及会员芳名录各一份, 务请填妥所推选职员十四名, 于七月五日以前投交本会, 并希准时出席会议为荷.

议程:

	1.	推选临时主席主持选举职员事宜,
	2.	推选监票员三位,
	3.	临时动议.
